Effective and last updated: September 10, 2026
This policy explains how Darajat Academy LLC (“Darajat”, “the Academy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, request a lesson, subscribe to our educational services, or use the student platform.

2. Scope
This policy covers darajatquran.com, darajatquran.com/sa/, sa.darajatquran.com, and related email, WhatsApp, meeting, support, and payment interactions.
3. Information we collect
- Contact details: the adult learner’s or parent’s name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and time zone.
- Learner and service details: first name, age group, level, goals, teacher preference, schedule, attendance, assignments, progress, and support notes.
- Transaction records: plan, price, currency, payment method, transaction reference, and receipt. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Technical data: approximate IP address, device and browser, pages, referrals, campaign data, basic interactions, and security logs.
- Communications: messages, complaints, consent records, and requests to reschedule, freeze, cancel, or obtain a refund.
We collect only what we need. We do not request a child’s full birth date or identity document unless a documented need arises. Do not send sensitive information or card details through a form or WhatsApp.
4. How and why we use information
- To respond, conduct an assessment, and match a learner with a suitable teacher, plan, and time.
- To deliver lessons and manage the account, attendance, progress, support, payments, and receipts.
- To send necessary service messages, handle complaints and rights requests, prevent fraud, and secure our systems.
- To improve our marketing websites and measure campaigns after the visitor accepts non-essential tracking.
- To meet legal and accounting duties and protect legal rights.
Depending on the activity, we rely on contract performance, steps you request before a contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Forms and WhatsApp
A submitted form may be stored in the website system and emailed to the Academy team. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under its terms. A parent or guardian must supervise the submission of information about a child.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Essential cookies support security, language, and site operation. On the marketing websites only, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may measure visits and campaigns after you accept non-essential tracking. You can accept, reject, or revisit the choice through the “Privacy choices” button. We do not send a learner’s name, phone, email, or message text to analytics tools.
Advertising tracking does not run within the student platform, learner accounts, or classroom areas, and we do not build advertising audiences from a child’s platform activity.
7. Children
- A parent or legal guardian is the contracting, paying, and communicating party for a minor.
- We limit child data to the first name, age group, learning level, attendance, and progress needed for teaching.
- Lessons are not recorded by default. A recording requires a specific purpose, separate parental permission, and a stated deletion period.
- We do not use a child’s name, image, voice, story, or testimonial for marketing without separate, specific, withdrawable parental permission.
8. Service providers and international transfers
We may share the minimum necessary information with providers supporting hosting, security, backup, email, analytics, communications, forms, meetings, and payments. Depending on actual use, these may include Hostinger, Wordfence, UpdraftPlus/Google Drive, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Fluent Forms or the active form provider, Stripe, PayPal, banks, and the meeting platform confirmed before service begins. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside your country under their contractual, legal, and security safeguards.
We may disclose information where required by law or needed to protect a learner, the Academy, or legal rights.
